This event is for anyone who is interested in applying FS principles in their work and their lives, not only for those who regularly lead Future Searches. Whether you have experience of many Future Searches – or are still trying to get your first one off the ground – the Learning Exchange is for you. You may even pick up the advice and support you need to help you create your first FS.

BULDING ON THE GLOBAL IMPACT OF FUTURE SEARCH AND ITS PRINCIPLES
This 3 day event is a unique opportunity for you to:
• meet Future Search practitioners and advocates from around the world and hear
their stories,
• share your experience of Future Search and exchange ideas,
• learn about what we are doing as a network around the world,
• reflect on who we are touching through our work,
• explore how people are using the principles and philosophy of FS in meetings of
all shapes and sizes, everyday,
• re‐energise your practice and yourself, and have fun!
WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is for anyone who is interested in applying FS principles in their work and their lives, not only for those who regularly lead Future Searches. Whether you have experience of many Future Searches – or are still trying to get your first one off the ground – the Learning Exchange is for you. You may even pick up the advice and support you need to help you create your first FS.
Specifically, The Learning Exchange is open to members of the FS Network and to
practitioners working with other large scale, whole systems approaches to change
including Open Space, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry etc.

COST
EUR 250,- (plus 21% VAT)
All private persons have to pay the VAT. All persons based outside of Belgium who give us their company name and VAT-ID are free from VAT (Art. 21, §2 W.B.T.W.). Please do so when you register under "comments".
Prices cover workshop attendance & workshop materials. They do not include tax, workshop accomodation (see below at workshop accomodation).
If you decide to not sleep at the venue, you will have to pay the an extra-amount of 179,-Euro directly to the venue.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel by June 1, 2010 we can refund 80% of your fee. If you cancel by July 1, 2010 we can refund 50% of your fee. If you cancel after that we cannot offer a refund. Of course, you can send somebody else instead.
EUR 377,- pp single / EUR 300,- pp sharing
Price includes all taxes & 2 ‘heerlijcke’ dinners, 2 lunches, all coffee breaks, free use of workshop rooms and 20 acres nature. Overnight in single/double/triple rooms with private bathroom. Drinks to be paid seperately on the spot. Those preferring to go home at night to sleep have to pay the amount of 179,- Euro to the venue.
EXTRA NIGHTS before or after the event per night: € 99 pp in single/ € 61 pp in shared room & subject to availability.
